Michael Bobinski, Chief Photographer
Born near Chicago, Michael graduated from X-Ray School in 1981,
married his wife Sandi and moved to Wild Rose, Wisconsin. After two
years, they moved to Bryan-College Station, Texas, where Michael
worked for St. Joseph Regional Health Center as the Evening X-ray
Supervisor, and later as a computer analyst, specializing in
software for the Radiology Department and serving as the hospital’s
password and access specialist.
After 22 years, Michael decided to
pursue another of his passions, photography. In July of 2004 he
started a photography business, and left St Joseph in June of 2005
to pursue the photography craft full time. Michael currently owns
Bluefish Photography in College Station. He
enjoys wedding photography, portrait photography, and event
photography.
Michael is a Past President of the Brazos Valley
Professional Photographers Association and a Past President of the
Brazos Valley Bridal Association.
Ed Grawl, Senior Associate
Photographer
An accomplished writer and photographer, and a Native Texan, Ed
has lived in the Brazos Valley with his wife and two daughters since
1989. In addition to wedding photography, portrait
photography, and commercial photography, Ed enjoys the
solitude of nature photography.
Derek
Warnecke, Associate Photographer
An avid photographer and Electrical Engineering major, Derek
graduated from New
Braunfels High School in 2007, located in the heart of the
scenic
Texas Hill Country. It is there where his passion for
photography developed from an early age. He has always appreciated
the many challenges of photography and how they serve to sharpen his
technique.
